I met Scott through a photography group we are both part of and I knew right away I wanted to be photographed by him. He has such a calm and pleasing way about him, his images are amazing and classy. Once I decided it was time to have a boudoir session I knew I wanted someone that not only took great photos, but someone that I could feel comfortable with, someone that would allow me to be silly and capture some images that showed my personality. I started messaging with Scott and instantly knew he was the one I wanted to book with. He listened to all of my concerns, what I was hoping to capture and most importantly he made me feel comfortable and confident. We talked about where to shoot, his studio, an AirBNB, but ultimately I decided I wanted to shoot in my house, after all that is where I am most comfortable and relaxed. I was definitely nervous, but it got real when Scott texted to let me know he was on his way I was questioning if I can actually do this or not. Once he showed up, we talked through things again, we walked around my home looking at different lighting options, what to wear for different locations etc. he was looking at every detail. I am so thankful to have booked with Hansen Boudoir, it was an amazing experience and I cannot wait to shoot with Scott again. I just might make this an annual thing.
